JP7s is an elite youth football organization based in Ottawa, dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes. We run high-performance skills camps and a premier prospect showcase for ages 8–18, with a focus on speed development, offensive and defensive fundamentals, and character-building.

Founded by CFL linebacker James Peter, JP7s is built on his passion for mentorship, discipline, and giving young athletes the tools to excel on and off the field. His experience at the professional level shapes our coaching standards, culture, and commitment to excellence.

Our Director of Operations, Antony Kolacek, Mcgill University Recruiting Coach leads the organizational strategy, event operations, and athlete experience. His leadership ensures every camp, showcase, and community event delivers structure, professionalism, and high-level value to athletes and families. Our mission is to elevate young athletes through expert coaching, competitive training, and a commitment to confidence, discipline, and leadership.
