JP7s is an elite youth football organization based in Ottawa, dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes. We run high-performance skills camps and a premier prospect showcase for ages 8–18, with a focus on speed development, offensive and defensive fundamentals, and character-building.

Founded by CFL linebacker James Peter, JP7s is built on his passion for mentorship, discipline, and giving young athletes the tools to excel on and off the field. His experience at the professional level shapes our coaching standards, culture, and commitment to excellence.

Along with JP7s’ Director James Peter, we are excited to also welcome Coach Anthony Kolacec to our Winter Training Program. Coach Anthony is highly respected for his ability to develop athletes and will bring extensive knowledge and proven experience to support our receivers.

Coaching Background:

Coach Anthony is recognized for his distinctive approach, combining kinesiology, psychology, and mind‑body training to help receivers move with purpose and precision. Our JP7s’ Director of Operations, Antony Kolacec, McGill University Recruiting Coach leads the organizational strategy, event operations, and athlete experience. His leadership ensures every camp, showcase, and community event delivers structure, professionalism, and high‑level value to athletes and families. Our mission is to elevate young athletes through expert coaching, competitive training, and a commitment to confidence, discipline, and leadership.
